As the President of the CAD club I was impressed with the leadership Gil displayed to make the club meetings productive and engaging for the all club members. In particular while the club was participating in a design competition, Gil regularly checked in with all the teams to make sure that everyone was on track and working towards completing the design challenge in a timely manner. Gil also displayed the ability to make sure that all team members were valued and found ways to make it so everyone could contribute to completing the challenge.
